Mason duPerier is the Senior Vice President of Project Leasing for Vista Property Company. duPerier has been with Vista for over twelve years and has experience in property management, due diligence and feasibility on new deals, development, and project leasing. His primary focus is on Project Leasing for Vista’s own portfolio as well as a select group of third party clients. Overall he oversees the leasing of more than 3,800,000 square feet of retail centers. duPerier is a member of NTCAR, ICSC, TREC, and a multi-year D CEO and Costar Power Broker award recipient. He is married with two children, and he and his wife are members of Park Cities Presbyterian Church.

duPerier is a graduate of Baylor University with a bachelor’s degree in Real Estate and International Business with a focus on Spanish.
