Joseph Allen
Joseph Allen is Vista’s Maintenance and Construction Manager, he currently oversees tenant buildouts, capital projects and day to day property maintenance requests for a vast portfolio of retail space spanning over 4 million square feet. Joseph has spent the last 17 years in Property Management working for companies such as Cushman and Wakefield, Balfour Beatty, and Zillow. Mr. Allen is a graduate of Southern Technical College with two associate degrees in electrical and electronic trades technology and holds certificates from IFMA and NAA. Mr. Allen has spent the last 5 years living in east Dallas with his dog Cupcake.
