January, 2010

Speedy Cash signed a 7 year lease at Torre Vista and will be occupying 2,700 SF.

February, 2010

Grand Opening of El Rio Grande Supermarket at Torre Vista Shopping Center.

March, 2010

Dollar Mart will be occupying 5,000 SF at Torre Vista Shopping Center for a 5 year lease.

April, 2010

Straight Teeth Orthodontics signed a 5 year lease at Sierra Vista for 2,485 SF.

Metro PCS entered into a lease at Sierra Vista for 5 years and will be occupying 1,475 SF.

August, 2010

Construction began for Luton Ranch in Granbury, TX.

December, 2010

Vista Property Company became the proud owner of Plaza at Towne Centre in Flower Mound, TX. Current tenants are Sylvan Learning Center, ZPizza and Subway.

Upscale Spa & Nail signed a 5 year lease and will be occupying 2,300 SF at Luton Ranch.

Cardona's Western Wear signed a lease for 64 months and will be occupying 2,131 SF at Torre Vista.
